Overall the experience was good. The location was perfect and there was always a parking spot available close to our unit. We loved being within walking distance to the most beautiful beach and it was so nice to have beach chairs provided to bring with us! The unit itself was nice and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a small kitchen and table to use. However, the walls were so thin we could hear everything around us, including the people in the upstairs unit that were very loud until 3am on several occasions.

Recent updates are nice with new furnishings. Easy parking near front door and a short walk to the beach or restaurants. Quiet with private entrance on 1st floor and outdoor areas available. We,'ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The facilities were very well kept and clean. The condo complex was within walking distance of a number of restaurants, ice-cream shops, etc. The beach at the Upham access was beautiful!
