Condo has been completely renovated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood laminate flooring. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Property offers complimentary Wi-Fi and private high speed internet in the condo. Cable TV is upgraded with over 300 channels. This condo does not offer a landline telephone.
Gulf Winds is snuggled in the quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beach directly across the street. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, a laundry room and it's conveniently located to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Our experience was wonderful. We enjoyed everyday and the weather was fantastic. Location was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and stores. Great area to walk on beach early mornings. Beach is very clean and waves small enough to enjoy swimming.

We were very happy with the unit and resort. The layout design of the unit was great, it was well-stocked with the basic essentials plus more and was very cozy. The grounds of the resort were clean and well kept. Teresa was very helpful and friendly during our booking and at check in.

Wonderful - we plan to stay again in the future. Our unit was amazing. Stocked with a ton of dishes, towels, everything we needed to feel at home!! There was even hangers in the closet!!

Our stay was very nice. Front desk staff was exceptional! Great condo contained everything you would possibly need. Laundry facilities on site. Great pool. Condo was located within walking distance to many places that we visited during our stay.
