I stayed at Gulf Winds 102 the week of March 25, 2024. I was very pleased with my stay from start to finish. Teresa, in the front office, was very friendly and made you feel at home from the moment you met her. She's a true asset to Gulf Winds! My condo was clean and the pics matched what I saw in person. The pool area was very nice. The courtyard area near my condo was kept up very well and was an ideal spot to hang out. The condo is very close to the beach - just a quick walk over and you're there! There was a ton of beach items to use in the closet in the kitchen/living area. Overall, I would say it was a 10/10 experience at Gulf Winds. Thank you!

I had a terrific stay at Gulf Winds 102! I loved the condo and the pictures on the web site matched what I experienced in person. The grounds and pool area were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you would need, including a big assortment of beach items. The beach is just steps away and is pristine! Teresa in the front office is a true gem to the Gulf Winds complex. I highly recommend this place for your stay in SPB.

The location is the best beach experience you can get. I also love the pool but this trip it was over crowded w/ kids and spring breakers so only used once:(

Theresa is so awesome! She was able to find a rental for me so quickly (I'm a travel nurse and needed a place for an extended amount of time) she also checked in on me and is super friendly! The ground maintenance staff are also so nice and do a great job of keeping the place looking great! The location can't be beat! Thanks again for helping me Theresa!
